Purchase conditions
1.- GENERAL CONDITIONS
These legal contracting conditions regulate the use of online payments on the website http://deniafestivaldeleshumanitats.org for which Dénia City Council is legally responsible.
The purchase is subject to Spanish law. The prices of the fees that appear on the registration form are charged with the corresponding VAT.
2.- REGISTRATION PROCESS
- To proceed with your registration as an attendee to Dénia, Festival de les Humanitats you must select one or several debate sessions and add them to the purchase by pressing the orange button 'register'.
- Once the desired inscriptions have been selected, you can finalize the purchase process by pressing the orange button 'finish inscriptions' or the orange button at the top right of the web, with the icon of a bag to access the cart.
- Once the previous buttons have been pressed, you will access the 'cart', where you will see the list of the inscriptions added. From the 'Trash' button to the left of each entry, you can delete it. The total amount to be paid is reported in the cart.
- At the bottom of the 'Cart' the registration form will appear, which must be completed in all fields.
- Once the fields have been completed, you must accept the privacy policy by pressing the check box that appears next to the title and pressing the orange button 'Confirm' .
- When confirming, we will access the 'Make payment' screen, whose support is offered by the payment platform Stripe, where we must enter the credit card information. The card data entered will not be saved on the web http://deniafestivaldeleshumanitats.org for security reasons.
The data provided at the time of registration will be used solely and exclusively for the management of the attendance record. For more information on the processing of personal data, consult the Privacy Policy.
Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and if you have not received it, please contact us immediate way.
3.- FORMS OF PAYMENT
The method of payment will be by credit card through the secure platform Stripe. At no time will http://deniafestivaldeleshumanitats.org save credit card data.

4.- CANCELLATIONS
No changes or refunds of the registration fee are accepted. Dénia City Council is not responsible for possible situations in the event of cancellation due to force majeure, excluding in this case the return of the amounts paid for registration to the event, understanding natural disasters, wars, riots, pandemics or epidemics among other possible situations.
