Ana Carrasco-Conde
Professor of Philosophy at the Complutense University of Madrid. She studied at the Autonomous University of Madrid and completed her studies at the University of Paris X Nanterre, at the LMU München and at the TU Berlin. She is a visiting researcher at the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and a member of the Internationale Forschungsnetzwerk Transzendentalphilosophie / Deutscher Idealismus. Specialized in German idealism and romanticism, and trained in ancient philosophy, her philosophical concerns focus on evil, discomfort and terror. She was awarded the "Julián Sanz del Río" Research Award by the DAAD and the Universities Foundation in 2012. Her latest book is Decir el mal (Galaxia Gutenberg, 2021). To the academic facet of it is added that of dissemination. She is a regular contributor to the media, such as Cadena Ser's "Hoy por Hoy" and the newspaper La Marea.
