Heidi Cristina Senante

PhD in Contemporary History from the University of Alicante. Holder of the Jean Monnet Chair of History and Institutions of the European Union. Full Professor at the University of Alicante in the Department of Contemporary Humanities. Specialized in the History of European integration, she has carried out research stays at the European University Institute in Florence and at the Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia. Visiting professor at the University of Valencia. She has taught official teachings on European integration in the second cycle, master's and doctorate. She has taught permanent courses and European modules as part of various Jean Monnet actions sponsored by the European Commission. She has directed, coordinated and participated in numerous courses and scientific meetings on European integration and research projects on the history of the community process. She is a member of the Spanish University Association for Community Studies (ECSA Spain). She is the author of a doctoral thesis and numerous publications on European integration.
